Special Achievement:
1) Shubham S. Bhandare (Athletics- 3000m Steeplechase) of MVP’s ASC Ozar College represented India in the “World University Games” held at Chengdu, China from 28th July to 8th August 2023.
2) Prime Minister Hon. Narendra Modi ji in the program ‘Mann Ki Baat’ on 19 June 2023 talked about Our College Athlete Shubham Bhandare (Athletics- 3000m Steeplechase) He had to withdraw from the race due to an ankle injury sustained during competition at the previous “Khelo India University Games, Bangalore”. He overcame the injury with daily practice and hard work to become a Gold Medalist in the ‘Khelo India University Games’ 2023, Uttar Pradesh. Due to this Magnificent performance, the Prime Minister of the country Hon. Narendra Modi ji praised Shubham Bhandare in Mann Ki Baat and wished him good luck for the next competition.
3) Shubham S. Bhandare has received a Sports Scholarship of 30,000/– (Rs. thirty thousand only) for the year 2022-23 from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
4) Shubham Shriram Bhandare for the Highest Sports Performance in the Sport of Athletics (3000m Steeplechase) in MVP during the year 2022-23.
MVP Institute awarded the (MVP Best Player of the Year) ‘Late Pushpavati Tukaram Raundal Trophy Sports Award (Rs. 1 lakh and Memento) on 19 August 2023 it was given by Hon. Adv. Nitin Thackeray (Sarchitnis, MVP Samaj Nashik).
